This policy explains what G Force Consulting Group LLC collects through gforcecg.com, why, and what happens to it. It applies to this website only.
The workflow calculator
The calculator on our homepage runs entirely in your browser. The task, hours, hourly cost, and reduction you enter are not sent to us unless you choose to have the results emailed to you.
When you ask for your assessment by email
If you ask us to email your assessment, we receive the email address you enter, your name if you provide one, and the calculator figures used to produce the report.
We use them to send you the PDF and to follow up about the assessment. A copy of the report and your details is also sent to our own inbox so we can answer you.
When you use the contact form
We receive your name, email address, the subject you selected, your message, and your company name and phone number if you provide them. We use them to reply to you.
How your information is handled
Messages and assessment requests arrive in our email inbox and stay there. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
The website itself does not keep a database of visitors or submissions.
Services we use
Cloudflare hosts this website, protects our forms with Cloudflare Turnstile, and provides privacy-focused website analytics that do not use cookies to track you.
Twilio SendGrid delivers the emails we send from info@gforcecg.com.
These providers process your information on our behalf as part of delivering the site and our email.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile, the security check on our forms, may store information in your browser to confirm that a person, not a bot, is submitting the form.
Your choices
Email info@gforcecg.com at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
